Field Experiences

One of the most exciting aspects of a career in paleontology is the ability to travel, explore, and make new discoveries. Here is a photo gallery of some of my favorite field trips, excavations, and fossil finds. Many of the excavations I have participated in were to recover fossils reported by avocational paleontologists. Anyone can make an amazing discovery, so keep on exploring!
